Train the Trainer Program

As a large well established school system, Roots has the excellent reputation of development of high caliber, skilled and confident teachers. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of training services targeted towards the capacity building of teachers. A comprehensive Training Needs Assessments is carried out prior to the trainings

We offer English language training, Computer trainings, Montessori trainings, Pedagogical Approaches in Subject Based Training, Class Room Management, Lesson Planning, Assessment, School Development Program, Leadership & School Management Workshops. The Master Trainers and training specialists from Roots Academy for Professional & Intellectual Development conduct these trainings. All workshops are supported by training manuals, resource packs, welcome packs, group work, course assessments & resource CDs.
