The 4CCI team attends the launch of " Because I am a Girl Campaign" organized by PLAN international
.A proud initiative taken by 4CCI is the 4CCI Volunteer Club that is
aimed to involve young adults who actively participate in activities
related to social work and community uplift. The volunteer club is a
forum where students of all ages and academic fields come together to
donate their time and efforts to do something positive for the
community. The 4CCI Volunteer club is a great opportunity for all those
students who are applying to universities abroad and require their
resume's to include this aspect of their practical lives.
Every branch of the Roots School System has a branch president of the
Voluntary Club and activities are planned according to the membership
and locality of the branches. One of the recent activities where 4CCI
volunteer Club was involved was the CDA Spring Tree Plantation. Students
and 4CCI Community Club planted various trees and joined the walk
venture to support the cause. The activity was graced with the profound
presence of Faisal Sakhi Butt, Chairman PM Task Force, Islamabad.
Students also exhibited an award winning documentary on 'Industrial
Pollution/Solid Waste management' and displayed a demiurgic and prolific
3D project on the theme 'Sustainable Eco-Architecture' showing the
significance of Adobe construction of Eco-dome houses by making them one
of the cheapest ways to build lasting shelters. This proved to be an
eye-popping vision for various other possibilities of living in harmony
with nature. Mr. Walid Mushtaq, patron-in-chief of 4CCI admired the
efforts of the students in bringing out the paramount inkling and making
miraculous and thaumaturgy projects.
